1. Eligibility: Promotional codes and offers are valid for new and returning clients booking a new project with Karl Chevrier. Offers are subject to availability and project schedule capacity.
2. Redemption: To redeem a promotional offer, the client must provide the valid coupon code during the initial inquiry or consultation phase, prior to the approval of the final quote and payment of the project deposit.
3. Restrictions:
- Limit of one (1) promotional code per client, per project.
- Promotional codes cannot be combined with any other discounts, special rates, or previous offers.
- Offers are not valid on prior purchases, completed projects, or projects already actively in development.
- Promotional offers have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash or credit.
4. Applicable Services: Unless otherwise specified, discounts apply only to standard Graphic Design, Website Design & UX/UI, and Web Coding packages. Offers may be subject to a minimum project quote value.
5. Modifications: Karl Chevrier reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer or coupon code at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
